Announcement for the 45^th Annual Meeting of the Herpetological Society of Japan

Program and detailed information will be sent to all registered participants by early October.

4. Protocol for presentations

Oral presentation:

12 min for presentation, 3 min for questions and replies.
OHP / PC Projector (Microsoft Power Point and Adobe Acrobat Reader for Mac and Win) are usable.

Poster presentation:

Poster size, 80cm x 160cm.
Detail instruction for preparation will be sent with the program.

Note that only HSJ members in good stand (i.e., those who have paid the membership fee for this year) can make presentations.

5. Application

Those wishing to participate and/or give presentation, please fill out appropriately and return the application form by airmail or email (deadline is August 25, 2006).

6. Meeting fee

Participation fee	3,000 yen
Social gathering	4,000 yen
Commemorative picture	600 yen
Lunch (Oct 22)	800 yen

   (1 US $ = 113 yen as of May 25)
Please pay fees on the first day of the meeting.
