The online conference app Zoom is used.
“Share Screen” of Zoom is used for oral presentation. Please prepare your slides in Powerpoint, PDF, or other appropriate format. Movies may not work well depending on line speeds of audiences, so please lighten your movies in your slide and avoid uses of animation as long as possible.

Submit the abstract for your presentation

Any speakers (oral/poster) should submit abstract of the presentation.

Abstract: Name and affiliation of the presenter(s) are necessary. Main text of the abstract should be less than 200 words. Please submit the abstract of your presentation as a MS word file to the address: hsjabst(a)gmail.com (Note it is different from the address of the organizing committee). The deadline of abstract submission is am 10:00(JST) Dec 11 (FRI).
* Replace “(a)” with “@” in the e-mail address.
