1. Schedule
Nov. 17 (Sat) and 18 (Sun), 2007

2. Venue
The Lecture Building of Faculty of Law and Letters,
Nisihara Campus, University of the Ryukyus

3. Time Table
Nov. 17   - Oral and poster presentations

Nov. 18   - Oral and poster presentations
- General meeting
- Satellite workshop
Program and detailed information will be sent to all registered participants by middle October.

4. Protocol for presentations
Oral presentation:
12 min for presentation, 3 min for questions and replies. OHP / PC Projectors (Power Point and Acrobat Reader for Mac and Win) will be available.

Poster presentation:
Poster size, 80cm x 180cm in maximum. Detail instruction for preparation will be sent with the program.

Note that only HSJ members in good stand (i.e., those who have paid the membership fee for this year) can make presentations.

5. Application
Those wishing to participate, please fill out appropriately and return the application form below by airmail or e-mail. Deadline of submission is 22 September 2007.

6. Meeting fee
Participation fee3,000 yen
Social gathering4,000 yen
Commemorative picture600 yen
Lunch (Oct 22)600 yen(1 US $ = 112 yen as of June 20)
      Please pay fees on the first day of the meeting.
