How to join HSJ

Membership (including subscriptions) is open to all interested persons. To subscribe or renew your subscription, please fill out and return this form along with your credit card information. We accept VISA and Master Card. Please note your card number and expiry date for your card. Please return this form either by AIRMAIL or FAX. For security reasons, please do NOT send your credit card information by e-mail.

Annual membership fees

Announcement: The membership fees are going to be raised from 2025.

Regular Member¹	8,500 JPY (Students²: 5,500 JPY)
Institutional Member¹	10,000 JPY (Groups in schools²: 8,500 JPY)
Subscription to Current Herpetology³	4,500 JPY

¹ Including subscription to Current Herpetology and Bulletin of the Herpetological Society of Japan. Members can give a presentation at each annual meeting. Regular members can vote in the election of the president and officers, and are eligible for election.
² Students or groups (e.g., clubs activities) in graduate schools, universities, high schools, junior high schools, etc. A laboratory managed by a professor (or associate/assistant professor, lecturer, etc.) in a university cannot become an institutional member.
³ Subscription to Current Herpetology only.
