The 52nd annual meeting of the Herpetological Society of Japan (HSJ) will be held as follows. We hope that as many HSJ members to participate.

Building 2, Sapporo Campus, Tokai University, 1-1 1-Chome 5-Jo Minami-sawa, Minami-ku, Sapporo-shi, Hokkaido 005-8601, Japan

- Business meeting

Program and detailed information will be sent to all registered participants by email.

4. Protocol for presentations
Participants may exhibit a poster or give an oral presentation.
Oral presentation:
12 min for presentation, 3 min for questions and answers. PC Projectors (PowerPoint and Acrobat Reader for Windows, PowerPoint, Acrobat Reader and Keynote for Macintosh) will be available.
Poster presentation:
Poster size, 90cm (width) x 180cm (height) in maximum. Detailed instructions for preparation will be sent with the program.

Note that only HSJ members in good standing (i.e., those who have paid the membership fee for this year) may make presentations.


5. Application
Those wishing to participate, please fill out and return the application form below by airmail or e-mail. Deadline for submission is 2 Sep. 2013.

6. Meeting fees
Participation fee3,000 yen(3, 500 yen, registered after 2 Sep. 2013)
Social gathering5,000 yen(5, 500 yen, registered after 2 Sep. 2013)
Commemorative photograph400 yen
Box lunch (Nov. 3)600 yen
      Please pay fees on the first day of the meeting.
